Abstract：

水利建设工作的重要性不言而喻,近年来,为了提升水利项目建设质量,水利建设改革工作在火热推进,用于水利项目建设的资金也越来越多.所以促进水利建设资金保障能力的提升,实现水利工程建设财务预算工资的改善迫在眉睫.反思当前水利预算管理工作开展现状,不尽如人意,仍然存在很多细节方面的问题待于完善优化.
