Abstract：
在实际培养学生职业道德素养的过程中,相比于教师单纯对学生进行职业道德方面的说教来说,在企业文化的熏陶之下,学生往往能够产生设身处地的感受,进而将职业道德的相关要求转化为自身内在的素养,指导自身的专业学习以及实践活动,为自身专业素养的整体提升打下良好的基础.
