Abstract：
市场经济大背景之下,社会对于人才的素质也提出了更高的要求,不仅要求劳动者能够具有较强的技术本领,同时还要求劳动者能够具有较强的综合素养.而在学生的综合素养中,职业道德素养是其中十分重要的一个组成部分.学校教育教学活动的开展过程中,主题班会是培养学生职业道德素养的一个十分重要的途径,文章就针对相关问题进行了具体探讨.
