Abstract：
随着教育的不断改革，社会提高了对人才的要求，这让高职院校在教学的过程中不能只强调实践操作能力与理论知识的重要性，还要重视体育活动。本文简要阐述训练教学模式在高职体育乒乓球教学中的内涵与需求因素，从言传身教乒乓球的操作方法、注重学生个性发展、运用多媒体设备等五方面内容研究训练教学模式在高职体育乒乓球教学中的应用，旨在推动高职院校顺利开展体育乒乓球的教学工作，提高学生的乒乓球技能。
