新时期,农村初中班主任在教学管理工作任务更加艰巨,特别是初中生,正处于情感教育的重要阶段,还需要班主任在管理教育学生的过程中投入更多的精力与时间,与学生之间保持沟通,注重与学生之间的沟通艺术,让学生能够理解班主任的不容易,配合班主任的班级管理工作.基于此,文章就新形势下,农村地区初中班主任的困境与突破谈谈自己的看法.
