    Abstract：

    始终铭记着袁枚的这首《苔》，在平凡的岗位上甘之如饴。也始终不忘“师者，所以传道授业解惑也”。 正式走上工作岗位，已七年了，作为一名中学语文教师，我更是深刻的体会到，教书与育人是密不可分的。教书要以育人作为出发点和根本目的，育人是在教书过程中实现的。因此，在语文教学中，我也时刻不忘有机渗透德育，落实德育为先，突出德育的时代特征。
