    人口老龄化的趋势越来越明显,失能老人群体的规模也持续扩大,如何保证他们老有所养、老有所依就成为一个非常重要的课题.文章简要介绍了增能理论及当前失能老人的养老困境,进而提出了在增能视阈下社会工作介入失能老人机构养老的策略.
