    Abstract：

    学习动机会对于学生的学习水平产生影响,学习动机具备较强的多样性,但对于学习动机如何选择是学生主观能动性进行决定的.初中英语学困生为英语教师一直以来较为困扰的问题,对于我国实现教育强国的战略目标产生阻碍,不利于我国教学教育质量的有效提升,因此,需要针对这部分学生实施有效的教学策略,激发学困生的学习动机,提升初中学生整体英语水平.
