    Abstract：

    近年来随着时代的变革,社会对于人才的要求越来越严格,针对这样的发展趋势,各高职院校应该改变其现有的教学模式,采取新型的教学模式,培养更适合社会需求的人才,高职院校的目标是向社会输出专业技能型人才和实践型人才,主要也是为了毕业生在毕业之后更好的寻找工作,有效的适应社会,本文主要通过高职美术教育的现状与高职美术教育改革与人才培养的策略这两方面进行阐述,希望为教育相关工作人员提供一些建议与帮助,共同促进高职院校学生的健康发展,提高高职美术教育的教学水平.
