技工院校在进行人才培养的过程中,尤其是在学生职业道德的培养环节,校企合作是不可忽视的一种重要形式,但前提是学校和企业之间的融合要能够保证高效.文章就具体探讨了技工院校校企合作过程中对学生职业道德进行培养的具体途径,希望能够有效提升技工院校学生职业道德的整体素养,使他们能够真正成为有能力适应未来社会发展的人才.
