    Abstract：

    随着经济社会的发展以及人们对商业地产经营要求的提升，前期的大量开发使得商业地产的资金出现了紧张的现象，也出现了相应的风险，这些风险如果不能有效的解除，将不利于商业地产的有序发展。因此本文以商业地产为研究对象，分析商业地产中存在的风险，同时提出具体的风险管控措施，希望对商业地产经营水平的提升有所帮助。
