Abstract：
为了积极响应国家节能环保政策要求，完成建筑节能建设目标，外墙外保温技术在当前建筑工程中得到广泛应用，能够有效减少资源消耗，保证工程效益，降低对生态环境影响。在建筑节能设计中，把外墙外保温技术应用技能，便于促进国计民生发展，对社会长效发展有着积极影响。所以，本文就结合外墙外保温技术基本特点，进一步探讨外墙外保温技术在建筑节能设计中的应用，具体内容如下。
