以人为本的理念在教学工作开展当中有着非常重要的影响,在一定程度上能够更好的提升学校学生管理工作开展的质量以及效率,因此,在开展学校管理工作的时候可以采用以人为本的相关理念,尽可能在工作开展的过程中充分的发挥自身的优势.本篇文章主要是对以人为本理念在小学学校管理当中的应用进行了相应的探究分析.
