Abstract：

班主任作为班级的家长,担负着学生的学习生活、日常管理工作.班主任的管理水平在很大程度上影响着学生的发展水平,因此,班主任不论是在学生的行为指导还是思想发展中都必须具有管理意识,让每一位学生都能找到自己的发展方向,实现班主任管理的价值.基于此,本文就小学班主任班级管理的优化策略进行详细探究.
