Abstract：
职业教育作为社会人才培育的重要组成,对于补充社会人才需求有着重要的作用.在改革开放以来,我国社会经济不断深化发展,技能型人才的需求不断深化,使得职业教育已经成为与高等教育同样重要的教育培养活动.但是在中职音乐的课程教学当中,学生的学习参与度较低,主动性不足,使得人才培养的效果受到了一定程度的影响.
