    现阶段教育理念的形成,需要英语教师采用更加科学合理的分层次教学模式进行英语授课.教学过程中,教师需要根据学生的英语水平、性格特点、以及学习能力,对学生进行科学合理的层次划分,并针对不同的学生采用不同的教学方法,促进学生自主学习英语和全面提高学生英语综合素质,达到比学赶超的学习氛围,推动初中学生全面发展.
