Abstract：

人力资源管理要确保各项职能的充分发挥,企业需要在管理过程中建立高效沟通渠道,高效沟通不仅能够增加企业员工对企业的归属感,还能够有效提高企业各项工作的工作效率,本文从人力资源管理中人际沟通的重要性以及人力资源管理中存在的人际沟通问题两方面入手,对如何在人力资源管理中建立高效人际沟通提出建议.
