Abstract：
党的十八大以来,我国多次阐述了劳动的重要地位和作用,丰富和发展了马克思主义劳动观.大学生劳动观教育是培养全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人必不可少的环节.大学生只有树立科学、正确的劳动观,才能积极地开展劳动活动.要解决大学生劳动观出现的问题,应结合问题产生的多方面因素找到相应的解决对策,发挥社会在开展劳动观教育中的支持作用、学校的主导作用、家庭的引导作用以及充分发挥个人的自觉能动性,进而引导大学生树立科学正确的劳动观,实现大学生的全面发展.
