    Abstract：

    近年来，随着建筑行业的快速发展，民用建筑防火设计受到高度重视，需要将建筑防火技术合理运用到民用建筑设计中，以此提高民用建筑的防火性能，使居住者的生命安全得到保障。为实现这一目的，本文主要针对民用建筑中火灾发生的特征和民用建筑防火设计的现状进行分析，探究民用建筑设计中建筑防火技术的运用，希望能为相关人员提供一些有效参考依据。
