    随着社会经济和文化的不断发展，我国城市化进程不断加快。在这一基础上，城市建设的规模不断扩大，绿色建筑理念是城市建设的重要方向。海绵城市是解决的城市排水和生态环境的重要理念，在城市建设中的应用越来越广泛，对于城市的发展有着重要的作用，从理念的角度分析，绿色建筑理念和海绵城市的性质是一样的。
