    建筑给排水设计是建筑设计中的关键，而应用BIM进行建筑给排水设计与优化是当前行业的主要趋势。BIM在建筑给排水设计与优化中的应用价值体现在多个方面。本文首先对BIM进行了简介，然后结合实际分析了基于BIM的建筑给排水设计与优化应用。
