    Abstract：

    在当前资源短缺和环境污染严重的背景下，建筑作为高耗能产业，应推广绿色节能建筑，才能实现持续发展。而绿色节能建筑在前期建造期间，造价相比普通建筑要高，这就要求建筑企业加强绿色节能建筑造价管理，才能保证工程经济效益。本文在分析绿色节能建筑造价管理的基础上，探讨了造价管理工作实施要点，旨在提高造价管理水平，推动绿色节能建筑行业进一步发展。
