在市政工程管理活动中，良好的成本管理可以提高建筑企业的市场竞争力，保证建筑企业良好发展。因此在实际中做好施成本管理是非常关键的，本文从其重要性出发，对当下市政工程在成本管理上存在的不足进行了探究，并根据这些具体的情况提出一些建设性意见。
