    近年来，随着我国房地产经济的不断增长，促进国民经济的发展。房地产企业管理者应当认清现实，对可能存在的威胁引起重视，并抓住促发展的契机。文章先对房地产工程管理进行分析，然后对管理过程中出现的问题进行阐述，最后对于优化房地产管理的策略进行探究，以促进房地产的可持续发展。
