    Abstract：

    总结了2008-2021年工程建设项目针对施工资料移交情况，发现南宁市建设项目中许多项目因资料收集不全，导致施工单位不能按时移交，进而工程结算也因此无法结算，通过在实践中的移交结算项目问题进行总结，避免工程建设中因后期出现资料不完善而影响工程结算，本文以工程建设中内业资料存在的问题和建议进行总结，旨在为项目建设中从事内业资料整理人员提供参考。
