    Abstract：

    在某某“房改房”项目中，面对老旧房屋测量的各种不利因素，根据RTK与全站仪各自的特点，取长补短，配合使用。采用城市CORS系统下RTK布设控制点、全站仪自由架站法、全站仪假定坐标法等方法，在较短的工期内，顺利的完成了项目任务，取得了良好的效果。
