    Abstract：

    城市住宅区园林景观规划设计需要注重设计方案的科学性，城市住宅区景观设计设计方案的绿色生态景观能直接影响着整个住宅工程的最终居住舒适度。本文首先对于住宅区项目设计施工中的绿色生态景观设计进行了简要概述，由此分析了住宅区发展现状中进行环保设计的必要性，进而提出了优化应用现阶段建筑行业绿色生态景观设计方案的策略。
