    Abstract：

    在铁路工程项目中，站房涉及的专业较多、质量标准要求高，整个施工过程更加复杂，需要投入大量的人力与物力，来保证建设工期。本文以青岛西站为例，阐述了在青岛西站建设管理过程中，通过加强施工组织管理，推广首件样板工程，应用BIM技术来加强施工质量控制。
