    随着城市建设工作的深入开展，每年的房屋征收工作量都很大，估价机构为了能够更好地做好征收估价工作，应当严格依照估价程序，不断提高估价人员的综合素质，加强与征收双方的沟通协调，及时化解矛盾，从而平稳有序地推进征收评估工作。
