    公路工程施工建设过程中，水稳基层是其中的重要内容，对推动工程后续顺利进行，保证公路结构层的承载力和稳定性，更好满足车辆通行需求都具有重要作用。因此施工人员在水稳基层施工过程中，应提高思想重视程度，把握质量控制要点，预防裂缝产生，促进工程建设质量和效益双提升。
