    Abstract：

    随着人工智能、智能控制等技术的快速发展，办公楼宇的智慧化建设或改造是未来的发展趋势，如何充分应用最新技术，又能充分体现用户价值是智慧楼宇建设的重要课题。本文提出了以用户价值和智慧化应用场景为导向的智慧楼宇空间运维应用场景设计模型，为整栋办公楼宇的智慧运维提供了一个设计思维。
