    文旅融合与城市工业区更新在目标与内涵上有诸多一致性和相关性。文旅融合对产业结构调整、文化特色彰显、人居环境的改善具有重要推动作用。文章以淮安经开区铁云路东侧片区为实践案例，分析其现状概况，挖掘文化内涵，探索文旅融合语境下工业用地更新的路径，实现城市工业区全面可持续发展。
