    Abstract：

    我国正处于社会深化改革的重要阶段，随着城市化发展的脚步加快对于高速铁路的需求日益增大，高速铁路建设与城镇化发展息息相关，而规划则是高速铁路建设过程中的重要环节，只有结合精准的规划信息才能制定合理的规划体系，随着科技的快速发展，信息化规划手段不断的融入当前的高速铁路规划技术中。本文针对高速铁路规划的优点进行分析，探索其在城镇化发展过程中的运用策略。
