    Abstract：

    随着新课改的推进,人们开始注重因材施教,注重以人为本的教学理念.因此,分层教学、分类指导被运用进了教育中,目的是期望通过这样的教学模式,激发学生学习的欲望,提高教学质量.在小学语文教学中实施分层教学,主要是通过学生之间的差异设计相符合的教学目标,对学生开展测评的分层,从而能够适应每个学生学习需求,挖掘学生的潜能,为学生提供更多的空间.
