    自主探索学习不仅是人们获得生存技能的一种途径,而且还是提升人的层次、丰富人的精神世界的重要方法.中职教师要善于激发学生自主探索学习,在实施过程中要以人为本,注重个性差异;要按需施教,针对性培养;要引发兴趣,降低教师的直接干预.
