Abstract：
语文是一门综合性的人文类学科，其在学生核心素养的培养上具有得天独厚的优势，所以语文教师在实际的教学过程中需要充分重视对学生的核心素养的培养，尤其是小学语文教师，从小对学生进行核心素养的培养能够帮助学生在未来的学习道路中更好的发展。而素质教育理念下的核心素养就是指学生未来发展所需要具备的良好品格和关键能力，所以小学语文教师需要在实际的教学过程中针对小学生的学习、成长特点对现有的教学模式进行完善和创新，从而良好的培养小学生的品格和能力。
