    Abstract：

    幼师是幼儿在校期间接触最多的人物,并且在幼儿的心中占有特殊的地位,是幼儿模仿、效仿的榜样.因此,幼师在幼儿园教学活动中必须不断提升、完善自身道德修养,利用自身的人格魅力去影响幼儿、感化幼儿,并用美的语言、行为和心灵去感染和教育幼儿,真正成为幼儿效仿的楷模,最终才能实现德育渗透的作用.
