    小学英语教学多年来总是难以突破的一个瓶颈，就是听说能力的提高。犹如乌鸦喝水，只有把教学水平提高上来我们才能汲饮到瓶中的甘洌之泉，而摄入瓶中使水涨高的石子，便是网络资源。网络能为小学英语教学提供丰富的资源，创设真实的情境。网络资源的英语听说教学也别出心裁，它们是精选符合学生心理特点的网络学习资料及创新识的记词汇方法，并拓展学生的阅读。
