Abstract：
高中是学生生长发育的关键时期.体育课程能够锻炼学生的意志力、抗压能力,能够提升学生的身体机能的成长,陶冶情操的同时,磨练精神,最大限度地释放高考带来的压力,促使学生能够自我调节,掌握体育知识、体育技能等,最终养成终身体育意识.本文主要简述了缺乏终身体育意识原因,并根据教学现状,提出培养策略.
