Abstract：
为了培养小学学生的阅读能力，不断提高学生的语言交际能力，必须重视小学英语阅读教学有效性的激发。本文主要就小学英语阅读教学有效性的激发进行了深入的研究分析，需要利用多媒体激发学生的学习兴趣、向学生布置学习任务，培养学生的能力、逐渐渗透文化，增强学生的阅读意识以及不断创新教学方式，这样就可以将“听说读写”贯彻于小学英语阅读教学过程中，全面提升小学学生的综合能力。
