    Abstract：

    在新课改的大背景下,教师在教学过程中要特别注意引导从"被教"向"我学"发展.在教学过程中,教师要掌握教学方法,调动学生的学习积极性和激发学生的学习兴趣;其次,在课堂上要发挥学生主体性,将教师主导型课堂转换为学生体验型课堂;教师在教学过程中要对学生情况进行了解,因材施教,分层教学;最后,教师在教授过程中也要不断反思进步,实现学生从"被教"到"我学"的转变.
