Abstract：
职业道德素养是高职人才应具备素养中的重要组成部分,以"工匠精神"引领高职学生职业道德素养建设,通过调查问卷等形式深入剖析高职教学重职业道德素养建设存在的问题,并针对当前高职学生职业道德素养培育中存在的问题,从校园文化、教育教学、校企合作及学生自身四个方面提出高职学生职业道德素养提升的有效性路径,以期为高职职业道德素养培育工作增添更强生命力和感染力.
