有效的教学理论是现代西方教学研究开始的一个领域,已经取得了很多研究成果.提高教学质量是教学活动的永恒主题,有效的教学是提高教学质量的重要途径.在当今新课程教学标准的大力实施下,教师应该知道如何成为一名合格有效的教师,以及如何合理地发展高中有效的语文教学.
