    对于大学生来讲,他们需要在短时间内面临多项压力,所以这一时期的大学生心理压力巨大,教师和学生之间缺乏一定的沟通,学生无法纾解自己的心理压力,久而久之学生逐渐丧失学习信心.所以大学心理教育教学就显得十分的重要.教师受以往教学经验以及教学理念的影响,对如何进行高效的心理学教学感到苦恼,本文就此进行了相关的讨论.
