    Abstract：

    小学阶段学生的注意力品质较低,而且在小学数学学习的过程中,很多学生会因为知识不容易理解,或知识点较多而存在理解不透,出错混淆的问题,直接影响了学生核心素养的综合发展.教师作为教学过程中的引导者,应积极开发学生动手动脑的能力,改变传统填鸭式的教学弊端,使学生由被动接受的学习模式转变为积极主动的学习状态,运用多种方式提升小学生数学学习高效性.
