Abstract：
新课改背景下,让学生快乐学习已成为教师教学的一种重要方式.在英语教学中,教师要不断培养学生自主探究能力,让学生在阅读中感受快乐,教师要明确英语课外阅读的意义,营造英语课外阅读氛围,根据学情进行分级阅读,引导学生掌握课外阅读方法,丰富课外阅读资源,培养学生自主阅读能力.
