Abstract：
小学班主任在小学生的学习和生活中起着非常重要的作用.作为小学班主任,要以负责学生的心态进行日常教育管理和工作.老师不仅要在管理班级的过程中采取合理的方法,还要根据每个学生的性格特点对学生进行教育和指导,使其取得良好的教育效果.教育越来越强调全面发展,这就要求小学班主任具备统筹全局的能力,让学生能够在各个方面全面的发展,提高学生的综合素质.
