    初中教学的过程中,班主任的作用是管理好班级,组织开展各种活动,营造出浓厚的学习氛围.在这个过程中,进行德育教育是至关重要的,班主任只有处理好与学生的关系,了解关注好每个学生,才能促进学生更加学好知识,只有这样才能让学生在欢乐的氛围中,健康成长.在班主任进行管理的过程中,掌握好沟通的艺术,那样才能令学生对班主任的管理不至于反感.
