    Abstract：

    由于各种因素的影响,学生之间存在较大差异,其个性特点、知识基础、学习能力等方面都存在较大落差.如果教师在教学时保持过快的教学进度,那么就会影响到后进生的学习;如果教学速度过慢,那么不利于优等生的发展.因此,教师在教学时需要运用分层教学法,全面提高学生的数学素养.
