    Abstract：

    随着新课程改革的不断推进,使教师在教学过程中不仅要重视学生的学习成绩、考试能力,还要把更多的心思放在如何提高学生的核心素养上.作为道德与法治学科综合素养的关键组成要素,法律意识、法治素养是在学生三观养成时期,教师传授的重点培养内容.教师要把法治理念扎根于学生心中,引领学生学会搜寻法律要素,从而懂得运用好法律武器,保护自身的合法利益.
